This error might occur from different factors, we recommend you these steps before contacting the Sale support:
- Try to reset your Google Chrome default parameters. For this, copy / paste
chrome://settings/resetProfileSettingsinto your browser URL
- We notified sometimes an error of connection appears with some Anti-Virus or Firewall. Try to deactivate your firewall to test if the connection works.
- Try to use another Browser like Chromium: click here
